You've completed your nomination materials...now take the next steps
Congratulations, nominees! Now that you've completed your nomination materials, you're eligible to receive a Regents Scholarship to attend Washington State University. The final award levels will be announced in October.
While the scholarship committee is doing its work this summer, there are a few things you'll want to do:
- Attend a Regents Scholar reception. Held at various locations across the state in July and August, these intimate events will help you learn more about the scholarship and WSU. (More info)
- Explore the WSU experience. You're probably considering more than one college, and no doubt you'll have good offers from other schools. Some things that could help you decide whether WSU is the right place for you:
- Visit campus. There's no better way to get a feel for how a school fits you. You can attend one of several organized visit events or schedule an individual visit for a time that suits you.
- Investigate the WSU Honors College.
- Browse our academic offerings to find majors, minors, and study areas that interest you.
- Get an overview of what it's like in and around WSU and the surrounding community.
- See what some current Regents Scholars have to say about their experience at WSU.
- If you received a Regents Scholarship in 2007, Apply for admission to WSU. The admission application will be available online beginning August 15. You can access the application from this Web site or directly from the main WSU Admissions page. (More info)
